For Bypass to start , an event of "Condition " Column value "offNormal", Action column blank, with Block "COOS",  Event Category "Process EVent" Happens
For Bypass to End , an event of "Condition " Column value "offNormal", Action column "OK", with Block "COOS",  Event Category "Process EVent" Happens
Action OK mean Alarm returned to Normal
For above, the value columns stays 1. Value clumn is value of the event. check Experion help for Events Summary, Columns help
The block could be COOS or CTST, or CBYP, or CBLL or CBHH


When the abve happens, the following also happens with Event Category "SOE" Sequence of Events
For Bypass to start , an event of "Condition " Column value "ChangeOFSTATEl", Action column blank, with Block "COOS",  Event Category "SOE"   value =1 Happens
For Bypass to End , an event of "Condition " Column value "ChangeOFSTATEl", Action column blank, with Block "COOS",  Event Category "SOE"   value =0 Happens
